Passports
The U.S. government is now enforcing new passport requirements for all travelers entering or re-entering the United States from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda. Obtaining a Visa
The U.S. has updated its visa policies to increase security. Get more information on how to get a visa and current policies. If you require a visa to attend the GCSAA Education Conference and the Golf Industry Show, it is recommended that you obtain your visa before registering for the event.
Hotel Accommodations
For the best selection, make your reservations early. Golf Industry Travel is available by phone at 203-772-0470 from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday (Eastern standard time). You may also request your reservation via e-mail at meetings@worldtek.com or fax to 203-777-6961. You should receive correspondence from Golf Industry Travel within 72 hours. If you do not hear from Golf Industry Travel, please request again to ensure there was not a technology malfunction.
Currency Exchange
The Universal Currency Converter allows you to perform foreign exchange rate calculations. Currency in San Diego can be exchanged at two locations:
- Travelex in the San Diego airport in the upper level of terminal 2
- Foreign Currency Exchange by Travelex Currency at 177 Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego
