Resources to help you prepare

Preparing for certification will take a considerable amount of time. The process allows you to begin early in your career by building your portfolio and by continuing to improve your skills in the competencies and performance levels set for certification.

Many types of resources are available to help you improve your skills. There is no set list of textbooks to purchase. The written exam is closed book, therefore using the PDR to identify the areas in which you need to concentrate your study and the resources available to help you do that is essential to this process.
