Complimentary admission to golf events
GCSAA members can enjoy free admission to some of the greatest events in golf
As a benefit of membership, GCSAA members can enjoy complimentary admission to designated golf events. The tournament benefits listed below are to be used as a general guideline.
USGA Championships
As part of a longstanding relationship between GCSAA and USGA, the USGA continues to provide GCSAA members with access to their 14 Championships held each year. This is a great way to recognize and say thank you for the Essential Role GCSAA members play in ensuring the success of the game. Due to locations, venue sizes and other logistics, policies for GCSAA member admission to each event may vary.
U.S. Open
The 2024 U.S. Open Championship will be conducted at Pinehurst No. 2 GCSAA
Class A, Class AA, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members will
be provided a complimentary Gallery ticket during practice rounds (Monday-Wednesday) only
upon presentation of a current membership card at the ticket office.
Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of the online request
form does not guarantee or secure a ticket. Qualifying members who fail to pre-register and
obtain a ticket in advance will pay 50% off the gate price for a Gallery ticket for themselves each
day of the Championship. The spouse or guest of a GCSAA member is not granted
complimentary or discounted admission to the U.S. Open. Tickets are issued to the policy holder
only and are not transferable. Eligible members can receive one mobile ticket per day. Registration concludes at 12 p.m. EST on Friday, May 31, 2024.
U.S. Women’s Open, U.S. Senior Open, U.S. Senior Women’s Open, U.S. Amateur
GCSAA members are entitled to complimentary Gallery admission on all days of the U.S.
Women’s Open, U.S. Senior Open, U.S. Senior Women’s Open and U.S. Amateur. When with
the member, the spouse or guest of a GCSAA member is also granted complimentary Gallery
admission to the U.S. Women’s Open, U.S. Senior Open, U.S. Senior Women’s Open, and U.S.
Amateur. Tickets are issued to the policy holder only and are not transferable. Admission can be
granted at any ticket office which is located at all fan entry gates.
PGA Tour
Complimentary grounds admission to all PGA TOUR, Champions Tour and Korn Ferry Tour events is available for GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members, and their immediate families.
For ticket access, it is still a good practice to reach out to the tournament directly as the tournament may require passes be picked up at the main ticket area or Will Call depending on their set up.
The Players Championship
All Class A members receive complimentary grounds admission for themselves and immediate family members.
RBC Canadian Open (at Hamilton (Ontario) Golf & Country Club)
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B and Class B-Retired members can receive one free pass to any day except Friday/Saturday. Will be required to show ID at box office and are not eligible to receive a guest pass.
CPKCWO (at Earl Grey Golf Club in Calgary, Alberta)
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B,and Class B-Retired members can receive one free pass to any day. Will be required to show ID at box office and are not eligible to receive a guest pass.
WGC – FedEx St. Jude Invitational
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members, and their immediate families.
Barracuda Championship
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members, and their immediate families.
Wyndham Championship
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members.
THE NORTHERN TRUST
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members.
BMW Championship
GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members.
TOUR Championship
GCSAA Class A members.
Champions Tour – Korn Ferry Tour
Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members, and their immediate families
Complimentary grounds admission to all PGA TOUR, Champions Tour and Korn Ferry Tour events is available for GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired, Class B, and Class B-Retired members, and their immediate families.
Presidents Cup
Two complimentary tickets per day, Tuesday and Wednesday, for GCSAA gold card members only upon presentation of their current membership credentials at Main Gate.
World Golf Championship
Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired members
Complimentary admission to World Golf Championship events is available to GCSAA Class AA, Class A, Class A-Retired members. Members should present their valid gold membership cards, along with picture ID, at the admission gates.
LPGA Tour
All members.
The LPGA Tour honors all current gold and green membership cards.
The Masters (Augusta National)
The governing body at Augusta National has once again extended complimentary daily admission to the Masters to all Class A, A-Retired, ART and AA Life members who have a valid gold membership card.
Getting into the tournament
To gain admission to the tournament, present your current GCSAA membership card along with your driver’s license at the Gate C/PGA booth located near North Gate each day.
Please remember:
- You must be a GCSAA Class A, A-Retired, ART or AA member — in good standing — in order to take advantage of this unique member benefit. Please verify your classification and status before making any travel arrangements.
- You must have a valid form of picture ID along with your GCSAA membership card.
- If you should exit the grounds at any time during the day, you will be required to re-enter through the Gate C/PGA booth, where once again, you will be required to present your GCSAA membership card and driver’s license to gain admittance.
Policies
- Hold onto to your pass. Upon leaving the grounds, maintain possession of your daily pass and under no circumstances should you sell it, throw it away or give it away as a souvenir to anyone you do not know.
- No cell phones allowed. No cell phones or other electronic devices are permitted on the grounds at any time.
- Cameras only during practice rounds. Cameras are permitted during the practice rounds (Monday – Wednesday) but are not permitted on the grounds starting Thursday.
Violations
Any violation of Augusta National's ticket, cell phone or camera policies will result in a lifetime ban from Masters tournaments – no questions asked, and no excuses accepted. To date, 18 GCSAA members have been banned for life from future tournaments.
PGA of America
Complimentary grounds admission is extended to all Class AA, A, A-Retired, Class B, Class B-Retired, C and C-Retired members, and accompanying spouse/partner or guest (limit one). To gain access into these Championships, GCSAA members must show their current gold membership card and a photo ID at the Admission Sales & Will Call office located at the main spectator entrance. GCSAA members must park in public parking and take the complimentary shuttle to the Admission Gate.
