The online forms provided in the My Point and My Account areas of the site are the quickest and most efficient way to submit documents to GCSAA. However, if you prefer to submit your information on paper, you may take advantage of our fax on demand service.
Using the fax on demand services
Utilizing the fax on demand service is easy, simply dial 888-838-4419 and make a selection from the menu provided. A list of available documents is available below.
Once you have finished making your selection(s), you will be asked for your fax number. The specified document(s) will then be faxed to your fax number.
