GCSAA ADVOCACY Teams
While GCSAA government affairs continues to build an army of golf industry supporters, we recognize that not all members are eligible or able to serve as Grassroots Ambassadors. Those unable to serve as Ambassadors can support advocacy efforts through GCSAA Advocacy Teams. Each member of an Advocacy Team is assigned a role serving one or more of the Priority Issues policy areas and is tasked with informing their audience on those issues in their area. By joining an Advocacy Team in your Congressional district, you will be joining an association wide effort to educate policymakers and protect our industry through coordinated advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national level. Advocacy Teams will show the strength and significance of the golf industry and create a unified, positive, and proactive message. Advocacy Team members can provide outreach to other policymakers including governor’s, state lawmakers, state agency officials, and non-governmental organizations
Get involved today by joining VoterVoice, GCSAA’s grassroots software for Ambassadors, Advocacy Team members, and others.
