Speakers Bureau
Through the Speakers Bureau Program, GCSAA is focused on strengthening local/national
ties by increasing awareness of GCSAA programs and services, strengthening the association's affiliation with its chapters and assessing how GCSAA can better serve shared members.
Format
A Speakers Bureau visit includes:
- A 45-minute presentation, on topics the chapter chooses, either at a chapter meeting or conference.
- An additional 15-minute question and answer session following the presentation.
- A one-hour meeting between a GCSAA representative and the chapter's board of directors
to discuss chapter successes and challenges, and how the chapter and GCSAA can strengthen their affiliation.
The board is asked to complete a questionnaire to identify specific topics, challenges
and successes they would like to discuss during the meeting.
- GCSAA covers all costs and coordinates all travel arrangements and logistics for
speakers bureau visits and strategic planning sessions
