Salaries continue to rise
Golf courses recognize that an investment in golf course superintendents is an investment in the golf facility, and the average salary for superintendents climbed to $109,621 annually. In fact, superintendent salaries have more than doubled in the last few decades. Salaries are also on the rise for assistant superintendents and equipment managers.
Find all manner of golf course maintenance positions through the GCSAA Job Board. The job board offers services and features making it easier to connect golf industry professionals (and hopefuls) and employers. The GCSAA Job Board is a free service intended for advertisements of golf course maintenance department positions only.
